About our Prop Hires...

• All of our charges are negotiable as in a lot of cases more than one item is likely to be hired for any one production, in which case discounts can be negotiated.

•  All our hire charges are based on units of one week, which normally allows adequate time for delivery and return. Obviously longer or shorter periods of hire can be arranged by negotiation.

• All negotiated hire charges exclude transport costs as in our experience most companies prefer to arrange this themselves, being the cheaper option. However if required, smaller items can be delivered by our overnight courier service. The transport of larger items can also be arranged.

•  Some of the more complex pieces of equipment e.g. monitoring systems, require the services of an on-set advisor or technician for set up and correct screen simulation relating to the patient's condition. Charges for this service are best quoted individually and are usually based on an hourly rate to include delivery, on-set time and return. Often other smaller items of equipment can be included in such a rental at no additional charge.

• Although not shown in the gallery, we have a large selection of small background and dressing items e.g. drug boxes, tablet bottles and miscellaneous small items of medical equipment.

• A full valuation of the replacement cost of each item can be provided for your insurance purposes.
